Our EDEN prints are made to order. Production and delivery are separate stages; please allow time for both.
Where we deliver
We deliver to Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, Brunei and Cambodia. Delivery is not currently available for Laos, Timor-Leste or Myanmar.
Standard delivery charges
Singapore: SGD 6 for orders below SGD 120; free Standard delivery for orders of SGD 120 or more. Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, Brunei and Cambodia: SGD 18 flat Standard delivery per order. The Singapore free-delivery offer does not apply to these regional destinations. Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout before payment.
Production and delivery
Production and transit are separate stages. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Production demand, carrier service and customs processing may affect timing. Contact hello@sobram.co with your order number if your order is delayed or missing so that we can investigate and confirm the appropriate resolution.
Import charges
For deliveries outside Singapore, the recipient is responsible for applicable import duties, destination taxes and carrier or customs clearance charges where levied. These charges are not included in the delivery fee unless explicitly shown as collected at checkout. They may be requested by the destination authorities or carrier before delivery.
Delivery details and assistance
Please check your delivery address and contact details before completing checkout. Email hello@sobram.co promptly with your order number to request an address correction or delivery assistance. We will check what can be changed at the current stage of production. For incorrect addresses, unclaimed parcels or redelivery issues, contact us so that we can assess the situation and confirm the next steps.
